Upper

• Cut from 2.0mm - 2.2mm Full Grain Bovine Sides
• The bellows tongue is from a soft Bovine Leather split for enhanced comfort and to prevent debris from entering the boot
• A full leather external wrap protects the foot from sparks and metal burns entering the boot and is fastened with 3 Velcro straps for fast removal
• The quarter padding is cut from a special Kevlar blend material and laminated to foil to reduce heat away from the foot
• The upper contains heat-resistant Kevlar stitching which off ers protection up to 425C radiant heat
• Braided lace from polyester yarn and central core for additional strength

Lining

• The quarter lining is from an industrial Ferrabelle non-woven material
• The vamp lining and quarter backer are cut from special Kevlar blend material and laminated foil to reflect heat awayfrom the foot

Top-Sock

• The in-sock is from a non-woven material laminated to Kevlar to protect the foot from heat transference through the sole of the boot
• The Energiser top sock is from a combination of polyester and wool, with excellent perspiration absorbency
• The top sock has been treated with *Ultra-Fresh to impart hygienic and anti-bacterial properties to the material

Sole

• The sole is from dual density PU/Rubber
• The midsole is from a low density fl exible Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 0.40 & 0.5
• The outer sole is from 8mm rubber
• A shank reinforcement is molded into the midsole for additional arch support
• The sole can withstand temperatures up to 300C radiant and direct heat
• The boot is non-conductive
• If required, this boot can be manufactured with anti-penetration midsole - 42607

Toe Cap

• Aluminium toe cap
• Can withstand an impact load of 200 joules
